Subscription Services
Your membership in the subscription program (the "Subscription Service") begins once you have completed the intake form and paid for the first term of the Subscription Service, whether monthly or a multi-month bundle (3, 6, or 12-month bundle).
The Subscription Service fee is charged upfront for the contracted term you selected and is non-refundable, except for the exceptions specifically identified in the Refund Policy below.
Please note that if you are disqualified by our healthcare provider for a medical reason, you will be issued a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy below.
The Subscription Services include access to healthcare providers, medications where clinically appropriate, and online support.
There is no guarantee of results or effectiveness of any treatment or care plan provided to you as part of your participation or use of the Subscription Services.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use (www.medgm.org/terms), which govern the Subscription Services.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time and for any reason. To cancel your Subscription Services, please contact customer support at support@medgm.org and request cancellation, or through your online account or patient portal (when available).
To ensure a smooth process, we require your cancellation request to be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. If notice is not received within this window, your subscription will be charged in accordance with the then-current billing cycle, and the cancellation will take effect on the subsequent billing cycle.
Because the Subscription Service fee is non-refundable, no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued if you cancel before the end of your current subscription term. You will continue to receive the Subscription Services through the end of the paid term, including:
- For monthly subscriptions: through the end of the current paid month.
- For multi-month bundles (3, 6, or 12-month bundles): through the end of the entire bundle, including the remaining monthly medication shipments.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the paid period.
Please see our Refund Policy below to determine whether you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
The Subscription Service fee is non-refundable. Except for the exceptions specifically identified below, in no event will a refund be issued upon cancellation of the Subscription Services.
1. Medical disqualification by the healthcare provider. If your Subscription Service is cancelled due to disqualification by our licensed healthcare provider, you will be issued a refund for the Subscription Service charges corresponding to the months of the term that can no longer be delivered as a result of the disqualification:
- If the disqualification occurs before the first medication shipment: full refund of the current subscription term.
- If the disqualification occurs after one or more medications have been shipped as part of a multi-month bundle: pro-rata refund only for the months of the bundle for which no medication had been shipped at the time of disqualification.
Medical disqualification is a formal clinical determination documented by the healthcare provider. It does not apply where the patient self-declares ineligibility nor where cancellation is requested for convenience, preference, or any reason other than a clinical determination by the provider.
2. Voluntary cancellation of a monthly subscription. If your Subscription Service is billed monthly, YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND UPON CANCELLATION FOR THE MONTH IN WHICH THE CANCELLATION OCCURS OR FOR ANY PRIOR MONTHS. You will continue to receive the Subscription Service through the end of the current paid month.
3. Voluntary cancellation of a multi-month bundle (3, 6, or 12-month bundles). If your Subscription Service is billed for 2 or more months at a time and you voluntarily cancel before the end of the contracted term, NO REFUND, PARTIAL OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE ISSUED. You will continue to receive the Subscription Services — including the remaining monthly medication shipments — through the end of the paid term. Upon completion of the term, your subscription will not renew.
4. Outside the cases above — no refund. OUTSIDE THE CASES EXPRESSLY ESTABLISHED IN NUMERALS 1, 2, AND 3 ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED UPON CANCELLATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. Medications already dispensed — non-refundable. Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications to pharmacies for refund or reuse once they have been ordered for a patient. This policy ensures that all medications are handled and dispensed with the utmost care and regulatory compliance. In no event will a refund be issued for medications already dispensed by the pharmacy.
6. Damaged or incorrect items — replacement. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If any item appears to be damaged or incorrect, immediately contact customer service at support@medgm.org to coordinate the replacement of damaged or incorrect items.
7. Refund processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approval. MEDGm is not responsible for delays attributable to your card issuing bank.
Subscription Services FAQs
What is included in my Subscription Services price?
Your Subscription Service represents a single price for the subscription purchased. This may include consultations both live and via electronic form submissions and reviews by a healthcare provider for medications fulfilled through a pharmacy, laboratory services or other healthcare services for which we collect payments, 24/7 patient support line, and other services to support your medical journey.
I purchased a bundle and want to cancel. Do I get a refund?
No. Subscription Service fees are non-refundable. However, you will continue to receive the Subscription Services — including the remaining monthly medication shipments — through the end of the paid term. Upon completion of the term, your subscription will not renew.
What happens if my healthcare provider determines that I am no longer eligible for the Subscription Services?
If your healthcare provider determines that you are no longer eligible for the Subscription Services, your subscription will be cancelled and a refund will be issued in accordance with the "Medical disqualification" section of the Refund Policy above. If you have questions or concerns about an eligibility-initiated cancellation, please contact our patient support at support@medgm.org.
What if my medication arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at support@medgm.org with evidence to coordinate with the pharmacy for the replacement of the product.
